Permit Process

Once you’ve taken and passed the course, we have just a few helpful reminders:

1.

You can use your temporary Food Handlers Permit immediately and for 30 days.

2.

Easy Food Handlers will submit your information to your county health department.

3.

Your permanent Food Handlers Permit will arrive within 30 days via the US Post Office to the address that you provided.

4.

If you do not receive your Food Handlers Permit, please contact your local health department directly first or we can help you track your permit

5.

Your Food Handlers Permit is good for 3 years from the issued date. After that period, you can easily Renew Food Handlers Card by taking the course and test again.
