Once you finish your food handlers exam, your information is sent to your local health department for them to print and mail. It usually takes 30 days before you receive your permit from the health department. If your permit was never delivered or lost in the mail, you must contact your county health department.
On-Premise Alcohol Permits that are printed after the exam are the final permit. You will not get another one in the mail.
