Yes. It is as simple as typing their name and email address. An email “invite” is automatically sent to the student. They click on the link, which gives them permission to access the class you choose.
You pay only for the classes they actually start. If an employee quits prior to signing up, you have the ability to “cancel” the link so they can’t take the class under your credit card.
Employees have three tries to pass the test and get their permit. After the third attempt, state law requires the class to be re-purchased and rewatched. However, after each failed attempt, the student has the ability to review their incorrect answers.
