ServSafe® offers online proctoring through ProctorU throughout the US. In this process, you must have a computer with a camera so you can be observed while testing. The proctor will have you film your room setting, show your desk and hands and track your eye movement throughout the test. You can take this at the location of your choice that has reliable Wi-Fi. You must schedule an appointment in advance. For more information, click here.
