All of our in-person ServSafe® courses include an exam following the course. The proctored exam maxes out at 2 hours but most students take about 45 – 60 minutes to complete the exam of 90 questions.

ServSafe® offers online proctoring through ProctorU throughout the US. In this process, you must have a computer with a camera so you can be observed while testing. The proctor will have you film your room setting, show your desk and hands and track your eye movement throughout the test. You can take this at the location of your choice that has reliable Wi-Fi.
